  • Optical design, analysis and test of new components and end-to- end system
  • Project management of selected new product developments

About You

As well as a deep understanding of optical fibre communication systems and devices you'll also have a broad appreciation of systems engineering across the whole product lifecycle and be familiar with design for reliability, manufacturability and cost.

With a passion for ensuring product quality as well as on-time delivery, you'll have excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas and plans clearly to peers and customers alike. You'll also need to be comfortable working as part of a cross-functional team in an agile environment and be self-motivated, organised and flexible.
